In March 2017, in my late thirties, I found myself where many women do — a mother and wife battling depression, struggling with my weight, and feeling unmotivated. It was hard for me to even look at myself in the mirror.

One thought. One decision. One action. That is where my journey began — committed to undergoing my own metamorphosis. I chose to feel empowered. I chose to rise.

What began as a personal fight for my mental health and wellness became a complete transformation. In 2021, I became a certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, turning my healing into a mission to help other women reclaim their confidence and step into their strength.

While working at Edge Fitness Clubs in Cranston, I confirmed my purpose and passion, becoming the top female trainer. Yet, feeling limited by the structure of a commercial gym, I took a bold step forward and created a private studio dedicated exclusively to women’s fitness and empowerment — offering personalized in-person and online training, life coaching, and meaningful community events.

To deepen the experience I offer, I obtained my Life Coach Certification, embracing a holistic approach to transformation. Through my own journey, I learned that wellness is best achieved when we care for our temple as a whole — strengthening the mind, body, and spirit.

I understand firsthand the demands of a busy woman’s schedule and the importance of strength training for long-term health and quality of life. I specialize in holistic functional strength training — helping women build and maintain muscle while improving everyday movement through foundational patterns performed with proper form and technique, creating intentional awareness of the mind–muscle connection.
